This is what happens when I try to tan... invariably someone sits on me... what's the point of even trying?!  True story, I'm not joking...

Countdown!

Today C and I made this chain for a countdown of how many days left until his brothers come home from sleep-away camp!  He's excited to cut a piece off everyday!  For those of you counting, that's 7 weeks worth!

Caroline's Promotion

Today was Caroline's promotion to the 6th grade, she's done with Elementary School!  Next year she's going to be a big bad Middle Schooler, watch out world, here she comes!

Camp Cards

The two oldest boys that I nanny are going away to sleep away camp this weekend and so I made these cards to send and be waiting for them when they got there!

 Before we left to go home we saw a mechanical bull and the competitive/I can do anything part of me of course had to do it!  I actually did really well or so they say!  It was crazy and I was very sore afterwards!

What a fun trip!  Can't wait for next year!

Mexican Celebration!

Tonight was C's Mexican Performance at school.  It was cute the kids had learned some songs and poems in spanish and performed them for all of us.  C did a great job!

Piano Recital

Today was M's piano recital and he did a GREAT job!  He's so talented and could really go places if he sticks with it and keeps practicing!  Good job M!

This is my FAVORITE tree! It's a Magnolia tree and I had never seen one until I moved out here to CT and I think they're just amazing!

Hiking with Magic!

Today Magic and I went on a hike with Connor, Christina, and Roz. It was soooo much fun! Magic was so excited to be out and about and the kids were so excited that she was there too! Well Connor wanted to hold Magic's leash but Magic is WAY too strong and so I held the leash and Connor held the middle of it for almost all of the hike.

I really want to see what this place looks like in the Summer, it will be sooooo green!

There were lots of little streams and a few even went over the path so we had to jump over them!
